This gentle yoga practice helps you release stress, rebalance your nervous system, and connect with your body’s natural energy flow. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness, you'll work with your chakras and meridians to restore harmony and support healing from within.

Ideal for calming the mind, relieving tension, and awakening your inner vitality.

When you register for the class you will be taken to the Lavender Bluff Farm website. That is where final registration happens.
